  1. all reservations are made without any additional fees
  2. in time of 24 hours you will receive confirmation of booking. Reservation is complete after receiving confirmation
  3. reservation is maintained until 7-th PM of arrival day
  4. hotel night starts at 12 o'clock and ends at 10 o'clock next day
  5. in case of paying by money transfer, please send us money transfer declaration with full company data, NIP(IRS) number and agreement to draw VAT invoice without recipient sign
  6. in case of resignation without notification, you will be charged 100% fee for one hotel night
  7. if you want to resign please contact us or fill form marking “cancel reservation”
  8. if you want to change reservation please contact us or fill form marking “change reservation” and describe previous reservation in “additional notes concerning booking” field.
